Am I allowed in the Kelpy Basin at this point? If not, I would like to use one of my portal jammers please...

Once that is done with, I would like o buy a parachute and jump off, please! If there are no parachutes... I guess I'll have to jump.

You will have to use a jammer, but you will not each time you come back here.
